Olga Dalsenter

Olga Dalsenter is a seasoned professional in the entertainment industry, currently serving as the Executive Artistic Director at UP LEON entertainment since 1991, where responsibilities include connecting contractors' needs with artists' skills, casting, and managing contracts and development. Additionally, Olga has held managerial roles for Up Leon circus artists at various venues, including Europa-Park, Gröna Lunds Tivoli, Tallink Silja Oy, Furuviksparken, and Liseberg, overseeing groups of artists in stage shows and street performances. Olga holds a degree in Performing Arts from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Estácio, and specialized training as a circus artist from the Escola Nacional de Circo, complemented by a postgraduate degree in Strategic Management.
