Julia Ashford

Julia Ashford is currently the Head of Performance Analytics at Europa, where Julia is responsible for measuring and analyzing performance across more than €50bn of real estate. Previously, Julia worked at PATRIZIA AG as the Director | Head of Performance Analytics, with experience as an Associate Director and Performance Analyst at Rockspring Property Investment Managers LLP. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology and Computing from the University of Southampton.
