Bertrand Laffont is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in international sales and management, currently serving as Managing Director for LATAM at Europastry since April 2023. Prior to this role, Bertrand held the position of Area Manager for Southern Europe-LATAM at ST MICHEL BISCUITS, where involvement included advising the international board. Bertrand's previous tenure at Europastry spanned from 2017 to 2021 as International Division Director, responsible for overseeing the international sales division, implementing strategic processes, and managing key accounts. Earlier experience includes a long-standing role at BRIDOR, advancing from Area Manager to Sales Director, where Bertrand achieved significant sales growth and established market presence in multiple countries across Southern Europe and Latin America. Bertrand holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from ECE Bordeaux (Groupe Inseec).
