Rafael Gentil Vanselow

Rafael Gentil Vanselow is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Managing Director for Latin America at Salt, a global recruitment business established in March 2023. With expertise in middle and top management recruitment across various sectors, Rafael has also been the Managing Partner at R4S Recruitment since April 2012, focusing on the Brazilian market. Prior experiences include directing the startup operations of SThree plc in Brazil and serving as Executive Manager at Page Personnel – Brasil. Rafael's career began at Michael Page in the US, followed by a consulting role at Siglasul. Rafael holds an MBA with a specialization in Energy Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
