Adam Smith

Adam Smith is a highly experienced legal professional with a robust background in leading legal functions across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Europcar Mobility Group since September 2024, Adam has previously held the same title at KLEPIERRE and has extensive experience at OVHcloud, Safran, DCNS, and Airbus Group, where leadership of large legal teams and strategic involvement in major litigation and M&A deals were key responsibilities. Adam's earlier career includes roles in corporate finance and insolvency law. Academically, Adam holds multiple degrees, including an LLB from UCL, an MBA from London Business School, and several Master's degrees in History, International Relations, Philosophy, and English, further enhanced by executive education from Harvard.
