Alexis Panot

Alexis Panot is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on HR information systems and data management. Currently serving as HRIS Data Manager at Europcar Mobility Group since February 2022, Panot has previously held key roles including HR Reporting Expert at Solvay, where expertise in worldwide accrual processes, restructuring, and project management was demonstrated from March 2010 to February 2022. Before that, experience included positions as HR Controller at Manpower France and Nestlé Waters, specializing in cost controlling and HR reporting, as well as HRIS administration at Exide Technologies and payroll reporting at ICF Habitat. Panot holds a Master's degree in HR Development from MAGISTERE DRH Lille 1, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
