Christophe Carrère began their work experience in 1998 as a CRM Consultant at KPMG France. Christophe then joined Accenture as a "Business Consulting" Manager, where they worked for telco & media clients for six years. At Accenture, they played a crucial role in the creation and growth assistance for Telecom Italia subsidiary in France.

In 2007, Christophe joined TIM (Telecom Italia) as the B2C Chief Sales Officer in Germany. Christophe led sales activities for the Telecom Italia subsidiary and managed various acquisition channels. Christophe was also responsible for post-merger integration and sales quality insurance.

After their time at TIM, Christophe served as the B2C Sales Operations VP in France at Telecom Italia. In this role, they covered a wide range of activities including business projects and management.

In 2012, Christophe joined SFR as the B2B Customers Operations VP. At SFR, they were responsible for B2B customer operations.

In 2015, Christophe took on the role of Chief Customer Officer at TUI, where they managed CRM strategy and overall call center activities. Their assignments included both insourced and outsourced call centers.

Currently, Christophe is the Group Customer Relations Director at Europcar Mobility Group. Christophe leads the vision and engagement of teams in defining the customer journey, delivering customer care, ensuring customer data consistency, and keeping the customers' voice at the center of their actions. Their responsibilities also include implementing a global customer relationship management platform and customer care organization.

Christophe Carrère pursued their education in the field of business administration at emlyon business school from 1996 to 1998, earning an MSc in Management. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Economics from the University of Strasbourg, spanning from 1991 to 1996, culminating in a Master's degree.
