Katharine Jefferies

Katharine Jefferies is a Senior Product and Revenue Manager at Europe Express since January 2017, overseeing a team of contractors in securing products across key European destinations and guiding procurement strategy through data analysis. Previous roles include Product Manager for YMT Vacations, where responsibilities included managing vendor relationships and tour setup, and several account management positions handling major clients. Katharine has also served as Interim Group Department Supervisor, Office Manager for CrossKnowledge, and held various positions in the hospitality sector. Early experience includes work with the Peace Corps and the National Park Service. Katharine holds a degree in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Management from Kent State University.
