Kim Gosnell

Kim Gosnell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service. Currently serving as a Group Operations Agent at Europe Express since April 2013, Kim has cultivated valuable skills in coordination and support. Prior experience includes serving as an Unemployment Insurance Specialist 4 in both Intake Lead and Intake Agent roles at the State of Washington - Employment Security Department from August 2009 to March 2013.
