Michael Tarry has worked in the customer service and account management fields since 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Technical Support/Customer Service Agent- Epson Project for SELLBYTEL Group Spain, where they provided level one technical support and customer service, sales and pre-sales for Epson's UK market. Michael took incoming customer queries via telephone, email, and chats and resolved users' technical issues. Michael also supported all UK consumer products and the sale of inks and accessories. In 2019, they began working as an Account Manager for Europe Language Jobs, an online job board which specializes in multilingual candidates from around Europe. Michael's role involved operating as a meeting point between companies with multilingual positions and candidates who speak more than one language.
