Xavier DERYDE

Xavier DERYDE began their work experience in 1998 as a Supply Chain Manager at L'Oréal. Xavier then moved on to become a Production Unit Manager before transitioning to the role of Plant Director at Yves Rocher. In 2006, they joined Spotless Group as the SVP of Supply Chain, a role they held for ten years. In 2016, they became the Directeur Opérations & Achats at EURALIS. Two years later, in 2018, Xavier DERYDE took on the position of Managing Director - Egg Branch at Avril. Finally, in 2020, they became the Chief Industrial and Performance Officer at Europe Snacks.

Xavier DERYDE completed their education with a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London, from 1988 to 1989. Prior to that, they pursued a four-year degree in Physics and Chemistry (Ingénieur) at ESPCI Paris - PSL from 1985 to 1989. In the earlier years, Xavier attended Lycée Sainte-Geneviève, where they focused on Mathematics, specializing in Maths Spe, from 1982 to 1985.
