Currently, Bauke is the Sales Director at European Aerosols, overseeing sales activities in Motip Dupli Group and Motip Dupli BV. Prior to this role, Bauke held the position of Area Sales Director at Motip Dupli Holding, managing all commercial activities within Poland, Baltic States, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.
