Alina Marchis

Alina Marchis has extensive experience in project generation and management, with a focus on SME finance and development at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development since 2013. Responsibilities include strategy design, policy dialogue, stakeholder management, data analysis, donor reporting, and event management. Previously, Alina served as Acting Project Coordinator and Project Assistant at the United Nations Development Programme from 2011 to 2013, overseeing a project aimed at improving social economy initiatives for Roma communities in Romania. Early career experience includes consultancy roles at Business Development Group Romania, contributing to public policy development. Alina holds an MSc in Management of European Union Structural Funds and a BSc in Economics with a specialization in International Business from the Academy of Economic Studies.
