Andriy Gostik

Andriy Gostik, CFA, currently serves as Principal in Private Equity at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, leading the Bank's private equity business in the region since March 2018. Responsibilities include analyzing investment climates, structuring equity transactions, monitoring portfolios, and engaging in policy dialogues. Prior to this, Andriy held the position of Director of Investment Projects at EastOne Group, where notable achievements included pioneering deals in e-commerce and media-for-equity, structuring healthcare investments, and fostering relationships with top tier private equity managers. Previous experience includes consulting at The Boston Consulting Group, where Andriy contributed to strategy and organizational projects, and serving as Director of Research at Concorde Capital, where Andriy enhanced the research team and significantly impacted investment banking fees through expert analyses and reports.
