David Kennedy

David Kennedy is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and equity capital markets. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at EBRD since 2007, David previously held the position of Senior Associate at Allen & Overy from 2002 to 2007, where responsibilities included working in the Equity Capital Markets group and a secondment to the Dubai office, as well as focusing on transactions in Central Europe while based in the Bratislava office. Earlier career experience includes an associate role at HBR and an articling student position at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP. David holds an LLB from Queen's University, a Bar Admission Course with the Law Society of Upper Canada, an EU Law Certificate from the University of Groningen, and a BA (Hons) in Cultural Anthropology from McGill University.
