Ecaterina Harling

Ecaterina Harling has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries and roles. Ecaterina is currently serving as the Director and Head of CTO Design and Transformation at EBRD, where they are responsible for shaping the IT direction and overseeing a multi-year investment plan. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Director and Head of IT Innovation at EBRD, where they established the Insight and Innovation team, incubated the Automation Practice, and set up the Information Management team.

Before joining EBRD, Ecaterina served as a Client Director at MooD International, where they worked with decision-makers to enable organizations to achieve their digital vision. Ecaterina has experience in leading portfolios of work, program management, and the design and delivery of decision support systems.

Additionally, Ecaterina has worked as a Consultant at Accenture, a Programme Coordinator at Co-operative Community Action Ltd, a Corporate Research Analyst at Cygna Negra, and served as an intern to the UNDP Senior Advisor at the United Nations.

Ecaterina Harling holds a BA degree in Modern Languages and International Relations from the University of Nottingham. Ecaterina also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy at the University of Strathclyde. As part of their education, Ecaterina attended McGill University as an exchange student, studying Modern Languages. In addition, they obtained a certification in Strategic Management from the Copenhagen Business School in 2017.
