Kostantinos Drakakis, PhD, PMP, is the Owner and Managing Director of SPECTRALINE, where a focus on project management services for MEP construction, ICT infrastructure, cybersecurity, system integration, and business consulting is emphasized. Since 2010, Kostantinos has also served as an International Adviser for Small Businesses at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, contributing to the development of market economies. Prior experience includes roles such as Quality Control - Signalling Engineer at AKTOR SA, Field Engineer at Amperion Greece S.A., and Technical Advisor to Regulatory Department at HellasSat S.A. Kostantinos holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, where studies were completed between 2004 and 2010, along with a prior degree from 1997 to 2004.
