Ognyan Zhelyazkov

Ognyan Zhelyazkov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in knowledge management and communications at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) since January 2018. Currently serving as an Associate in the Knowledge & Communications Hub, Zhelyazkov leads initiatives for the Impact & Partnerships department, including the design and project management of a Gen AI-powered tool for project insights and donor finance pitching. Previous positions at EBRD encompass roles such as Impact Knowledge Coordinator and Knowledge Management Analyst, focusing on the development of the EBRD Policy Academy and managing various Communities of Practice.
