Paul Alexander

Paul Alexander is a Senior Counsel at EBRD since September 2020, specializing in donor finance programmes and sustainable finance law. Previously, Paul held the position of Local Partner at White & Case LLP, leading the English law capital markets team in Milan, and served as Managing Associate at Linklaters, where contributions included establishing a leading capital markets practice in Italy. Earlier experience encompasses roles at Lehman Brothers, Simmons & Simmons, Morgan Stanley, and J.P. Morgan, focusing on derivatives, structured securities, and corporate finance transactions. Paul holds a BA in English from the University of Cambridge and a Postgraduate Diploma of Law and Legal Practice Course from the College of Law.
