Tim Thexton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in change management, project management, and operational improvement. Currently serving as Interim Senior Advisor for EGP Projects at the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development since August 2005, Tim has led over 20 projects for SMEs across Eastern Europe, North Africa, and Turkey. As Managing Director of Prosperity Development Limited since November 2014, Tim has consistently delivered significant financial outcomes for clients. Furthermore, Tim has held trustee positions at Transforming Futures Multi Academy Trust and Acorn Multi Academy Trust, focusing on improving educational outcomes in challenging environments. Tim's expertise extends to various industries, including cement and mining, where notable contributions include significant cost savings and production increases. Tim holds an MBA in International Business and a BSc in Metallurgy, complemented by professional engineering credentials in Ontario.
