Yuliya Melnyk has a broad range of work experience in event management and corporate development. Yuliya worked at the European Business Association from 2008 to present, starting as an Event Coordinator and progressing to Event Manager and eventually Deputy Director of Corporate Development. In 2012, they briefly left the company to become an Event Team Leader at U.T.Gem. In 2014, they returned to the European Business Association as an Event Team Leader before being promoted to their current role as Deputy Director. Yuliya Melnyk co-founded Mind It in 2018 and has served as a Co-Founder until February 2022. Yuliya recently joined the World Innovation and Change Management Institute in December 2021 as a Member of the People Board.
Yuliya Melnyk obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Sheffield in 2018. Yuliya also completed a Neuromarketing Course in Experimental Psychology at UCL in the same year. In 2008, they obtained a Master's degree in International Economics from the National Academy of Management. Prior to that, they studied International Economics at Ternopil Academy of National Economy from 2003 to 2006. Yuliya has also obtained various certifications, including Advanced Neuromarketing from Neurons Inc in 2020, and a CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute in 2018.
