Mike Morrissey

Mike Morrissey has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. From 2019 to present, they have been the Chief Executive of the European Cancer Organisation, where they are responsible for leading strategy development, operations, and a team of staff/consultants. Additionally, they are the Managing Director of Morrissey Global Management, providing advisory services to organizations in various sectors. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer of the European Society of Cardiology from 2016 to 2019. Mike also held executive positions in organizations such as ICSC and IFALPA. In the sports industry, they worked as the Roland Garros Chief Supervisor & Chair Umpire at the Fédération Française de Tennis and held administrative roles at the International Tennis Federation and Tennis Australia. Overall, Mike Morrissey has extensive experience in leadership, strategy development, and international operations.

Mike Morrissey attended Trinity Catholic High School from 1980 to 1987. Mike then pursued a degree in History and Mathematics at the University of Surrey from 1987 to 1990, earning a BA Hons.
