Daria Gostkowska

Daria Gostkowska is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Deputy Director General HR at the European Central Bank since July 2023. Prior to this role, Daria held the position of Executive Director and Head of HR Area at BNP Paribas Bank Polska from June 2019 to July 2023. Daria's extensive HR experience includes a role as Country HR Director for Microsoft Poland from June 2016 to March 2019, and as People Enablement HR Director for Europe at Kellogg Company from June 2015 to May 2016. Daria's career began at Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities spanned various HR leadership roles from May 1997 to May 2015, including Regional Business Unit HR Leader for multiple categories and Global Business Services HR Lead for the CEEMEA region. Daria holds a Master of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Gdansk and pursued further studies at the University of Leicester.
