Julie Manouvrier

Julie Manouvrier is currently a Graduate Programme Participant at the European Central Bank since September 2023 and previously served as a legal trainee at the European Systemic Risk Board Secretariat, where contributions included drafting legal documents and providing advice on EU financial regulation. Manouvrier holds a position as Agrégée d’économie-gestion at the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse, following success in the agrégation exam in the marketing option. Previous roles include an internship at DGCCRF focusing on the Digital Markets Act, a position at the French Embassy in Denmark involved in political and communication operations, and an observational internship at the Cour d'Assises.
