Manuel Ricca

Manuel Ricca is a Principal IT Infrastructure Expert at the European Central Bank, specializing in enterprise-wide CI/CD and multi-cloud infrastructure automation, in addition to functioning as a DevOps coach. With a strong background in IT architecture and release management, Manuel has previously held roles such as Senior IT Expert in Cloud Orchestration & Automation, and Release Manager. Manuel is also the Founder and Board Member of the Portuguese Association for Digital Law, promoting knowledge in Digital Law. Past experience includes leadership and consulting positions at Novabase, GE, and Pararede, alongside teaching Project Management at Universidade Independente. Manuel holds a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro and has an extensive track record in software development and systems integration.
