Rocco Incardona

Rocco Incardona is an accomplished economist-statistician with extensive experience at the European Central Bank since January 2016, focusing on balance of payments within the External Statistics Division. Prior roles include research analyst and trainee in the same division, where Rocco was involved in the validation, compilation, and dissemination of the euro area’s external statistics. Rocco also served as an economist-statistician at the Central Bank of Malta under the ESCB Schuman programme and completed a trainee position at the European Commission, where macroeconomic research and data analysis were key responsibilities. Rocco holds a Master’s Degree in Economic and Social Sciences and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Università Bocconi, along with an exchange program at The University of British Columbia.
