Roland Straub

Counsellor To The Executive Board at European Central Bank

Roland Straub has extensive experience in economics, currently serving as Counsellor to the Executive Board at the European Central Bank since October 2006, with prior roles as Principal Economist, Senior Economist, and Economist within the same institution. Before joining the European Central Bank, Roland Straub worked as an Economist at the International Monetary Fund from 2004 to 2006. Roland Straub earned a PhD in Economics from the European University Institute between 2000 and 2004.
