Silvia Fracchia

Silvia Fracchia is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in project management and legal linguistics. Since May 2018, Silvia has served as a Principal Lawyer Linguist at the European Central Bank, after previously holding a similar position as a Lawyer Linguist at the Court of Justice of the European Union in mid-2024. Silvia's project management expertise was highlighted during tenure at FORMEZ PA, focusing on projects benefiting public administrations in Italy and abroad, including a significant action supporting the Italian Ministry of the Interior. Silvia also contributed to European Union programs such as the ENPI CBC Mediterranean Sea Basin Programme and has a background as a Freelance Lawyer Linguist at the European Central Bank. Silvia holds a law degree from Università degli Studi di Cagliari and has training experience as a trainee lawyer in Italian and Belgian law firms.
