Laurence Breton

Laurence Breton-Moyet serves as the Managing Director at the European Climate Foundation since October 2021, after a significant tenure at AFD - Agence Française de Développement from March 2004 to October 2021, where contributions included roles such as Executive Director in Charge of Strategy, Partnership, and Communication, as well as for Operations. While at AFD, Laurence played a key role in overseeing operations across 81 countries, managing a team of 1,300, and a yearly budget of 10 billion euros. Previous experience includes positions at NPA Conseil as a Consultant, LA Compagnie des Taxi-Brousse in international financing, EDF focusing on international investments, and The World Bank as an Infrastructure Consultant. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Communication and Media from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, and an Engineer's degree in Public Economy from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.
