Rebecca Collyer

Rebecca Collyer has extensive experience in climate policy and clean energy, currently serving as Executive Director for ReNew2030 and the Pooled Fund for International Energy at the European Climate Foundation since August 2008. Previously, Rebecca held positions as Director for International Clean Energy and Director of the Power Programme, focusing on decarbonisation strategies in the power sector and collaborating with various stakeholders in the climate community. Prior to joining the European Climate Foundation, Rebecca worked in roles including Assistant Director at the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform and Seconded National Expert at the European Commission. Rebecca's educational background includes a degree in Human Sciences from the University of Oxford.
