Anouchka Dybal

Anouchka Dybal is a versatile policy professional with extensive experience in international development and governance. Currently serving as a Policy Officer for Ukraine Reconstruction at the European Commission since September 2023, Anouchka previously held multiple roles at UN Women, focusing on gender in humanitarian action and youth engagement. Prior experience includes positions at the French Embassy in Morocco and French Tech Central, where leadership in governance and public innovation was demonstrated. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Public Policy from Sciences Po and a Master's in Social Science from École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay, complemented by international study at the University of Copenhagen.
