Flora Huang is a legal and business academic currently serving as a Professor of Law and Business at the University of Derby since January 2020, while also holding the position of an Associate Member at WhistleblowersUK since December 2022. Flora has contributed to international legal scholarship as a Central Asian Legal Research Fellow at Tashkent State University of Law since October 2022 and serves as the EU Chairperson for Arbitrations and Trade-and-Sustainable-Development Expert Panel Proceedings with the European Commission since June 2022. Additionally, Flora is an International Arbitrator for the China Guangzhou Arbitration Commission since April 2021. Previous academic roles include Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Essex, Lecturer in Commercial Law at the University of Leicester, and Lecturer in International Business Law at the University of Hull. Flora has also held visiting positions at the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the University of Macau.
