Paola Migliorini has extensive experience in environmental policy and management, currently serving as Deputy Head of Unit at the European Commission's DG Environment since March 2012. In this role, Migliorini focuses on circular economy initiatives and sustainable production and consumption. Previously, Migliorini led a team as Policy Officer, overseeing the preparation and implementation of the Circular Economy Action Plan from June 2014 to April 2019. Prior experience includes founding Billobalo sprl and holding managerial positions at Arlington Medical Resources. Migliorini began career at the European Commission in 2001 as a Desk Officer for Research, building on a strong academic background from the Institut européen de l'Université de Genève and Ecole de Traduction de l'Université de Genève.
