Melissa Levaillant is a Co Founder and Director General at SELDON Conseil, where responsibilities include defining the strategic direction, business development, and managing collaborative studies on social, political, and environmental issues. Concurrently, Melissa serves as an Associate Senior Policy Fellow at the European Council on Foreign Relations, focusing on security issues in the Indo-Pacific and Indian foreign policy. With over a decade of academic experience as a lecturer at Sciences Po, Melissa teaches various courses related to security, politics, and international relations. Previous roles include consulting and project management at Conseil & recherche, deputy director at the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale, and policy officer at the Ministère des Armées, alongside multiple academic appointments and fellowships. Melissa holds a PhD in Political Science from Sciences Po and master’s degrees from King’s College London and other prestigious institutions.
