Felicia Cutas

Felicia Cutas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and digital innovation. Currently serving as a Programme Officer at the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre, Felicia previously held the position of EIT Digital Permanent Observer representative at the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity, engaging in the development of the European Cybersecurity Skills Framework. Felicia's background includes leading projects at EIT Digital, mentoring in the EIC Women Leadership Programme, and working as a policy officer with the European Commission, where responsibilities encompassed project management and policy development. Additionally, Felicia has held management roles in various organizations, demonstrating expertise in communication, economic counseling, and scientific research. Felicia holds multiple degrees, including an Executive Master in Communication and European Affairs and a Master of Business Administration in Finance.
