Dr. Michael M. Pachinger

Dr. Michael M. Pachinger, CIPP/E, is a Rechtsanwalt and partner at SAXINGER since 2003, with significant experience in the legal profession as an accredited avocat in Paris and abogado in Valencia since 2012. Dr. Pachinger serves as a university lecturer at Donau-Universität Krems and has held the presidency of the Asociación Hispano-Austriaca de Juristas since 2017. As a member of the European Data Protection Board's Support Pool of Experts and a member of the Commission on Intellectual Property for the International Chamber of Commerce, Dr. Pachinger actively contributes to the fields of privacy and intellectual property. In addition to lecturing for Anwaltsakademie GmbH and imh Institut Manfred Hämmerle GmbH, Dr. Pachinger has been involved with the International Association of Privacy Professionals as the KnowledgeNet Chapter Chair for Austria since 2021. Educational background includes studies at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, Universitat de Barcelona, and University of Strasbourg.
