Peter Kastner

Peter Kastner has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Peter is currently the Director of Accounting, Billing & Tax at European Energy Exchange AG. Prior to that, they worked at SAP as a Business Processes Principal Consultant from 2019 to 2021. Peter also held positions at ING-DiBa as the Head of International Finance Projects and later as the Head of Department Finance from 2013 to 2019. Before that, they worked as a Director of Finance at Commerzbank AG from 2007 to 2012. Additionally, they held the role of Head of Finance and Tax and Regulatory Reporting at Berlin Hyp AG from 2001 to 2007. Peter started their career as an Audit Manager at PwC from 1991 to 2000, where they gained experience in auditing various types of organizations.

Peter Kastner completed their education from 1986 to 1991 at Berlin, obtaining a degree in Diplom Kaufmann FHW with a specialization in Kaufmann. Peter also received the SAP Alumni Award from SAP in 2021.
