Alice Bisiaux

Alice Bisiaux is an experienced legal expert specializing in environmental law and climate change policy. Since October 2017, Alice has worked as a Legal Expert and writer/editor at the European Forest Institute. Concurrently, since January 2003, Alice serves as an Environmental Law Professor at ESADE Business & Law School, focusing on international climate change negotiations. Previously, Alice held multiple roles at the International Institute for Sustainable Development from April 2003 to January 2020, including content editor for the SDG Knowledge Hub, international expert supporting COP 22, and team leader and writer for the Earth Negotiations Bulletin. Additionally, Alice contributed as a consultant for the UNFCCC Secretariat from April 2014 to January 2016, assisting with negotiations on systematic observations and science. Academic qualifications include two LLM degrees in International Legal Studies from New York University.
