David Vaulont

David Vaulont serves as Lead Counsel and Legal Counsel at EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG, advising grid companies on competition, regulatory, and energy law since April 2020. In addition, David holds a position as an Attorney at Hefer und Partner Rechtsanwälte since January 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Lawyer at the Ministry of Environment, Climate, and Energy Economics of Baden-Württemberg, where engagement with the regulatory framework for electricity and gas operators occurred. David was also a member of the Supervisory Board at Stadion Freiburg Objektträger GmbH & Co. KG and served on the City Council of Freiburg with BÜNDNIS90/DIE GRÜNEN. Previous legal experience encompasses a role as an Attorney at Hiddemann Kleine-Cosack Rechtsanwälte, where services in business and constitutional law were provided. David's legal journey commenced with a legal clerkship and a trainee position at the Federal Court of Justice following a law degree from The University of Freiburg.
