Frits Mohren

Frits Mohren is an Associate Professor Emeritus of Forest Ecology and Forest Management at Wageningen University & Research, where research and teaching efforts have been focused since May 1999. Mohren holds several leadership positions, including Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board at Land Life Company and Chairman of the Forest Management Advisory Board at Staatsbosbeheer. Additional roles include membership on various boards, such as Kroondomein Het Loo Management Advisory Board and the Probos Foundation. Mohren has been involved with the European Forest Institute as a Fellow since 2006 and serves as a Correspondant étranger at the Academie Agriculture France. Education credentials include a PhD and Ir degree in Forestry from Wageningen University & Research and an Atheneum degree from Bisschoppelijk College, Echt.
