Cristian Ugarte is an Economic Officer at EFTA, with previous experience as a Trade Policy Analyst at the World Trade Organization. Cristian has also worked as a Market Analyst at the International Trade Centre and held various positions at UNCTAD and OECD. Ugarte holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Geneva and has extensive experience in research and analysis in the field of trade and development.
