Jonas Hedberg

Jonas Hedberg is a seasoned professional in sustainable products and innovation, currently serving as the Head of Sector at the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) since April 2021 and previously as Senior Project Adviser. Their extensive experience spans various roles including Senior Project Adviser at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA), Project Manager at INEA, and Project Adviser at the Research Executive Agency (REA). Jonas started their career in the European Commission as a Research Programme Officer and has held engineering positions, including Field Geophysicist and Geotechnical Engineer, at firms such as Solgeo S.r.l. and Ismes Geotecnica. Jonas holds a Master of Science in Energy and Sustainable Building from De Montfort University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Lund University.
