Benoît Cambier

Benoît Cambier serves as the EIB Representative for the Pacific at the European Investment Bank, focusing on enhancing operational outreach and partnerships in the region. With a diverse background, Benoît has held various roles within the EIB, including Investment Officer for West Africa and Coordination & Policy Officer for EU Neighbouring Countries, where responsibilities encompassed policy management, alignment with EU priorities, and regional support. Prior experience includes project management at PwC Luxembourg, where Benoît led public sector initiatives, and consultancy at Harmattan, specializing in strategic evaluation for development assistance. Education includes a Master’s in Applied Mathematics with an economic orientation from École polytechnique de Louvain and training in international cooperation.
