Brian Kessler

Brian Kessler is a seasoned professional with significant experience in strategy and policy analysis. Currently serving in the Group Strategy at the European Investment Bank since March 2022, Brian previously held the position of Director at PwC Luxembourg from September 2014 to July 2021, where expertise in public sector advisory supported the European Investment Bank and the European Commission. Prior experience includes working as an Economist at Moody’s Analytics, focusing on regional economic research and macroeconomic forecasting. Brian also served as a Senior Policy Advisor in the U.S. House of Representatives, providing policy guidance. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, an M.A. in Linguistics from the University of Freiburg, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and French from the University of Minnesota.
