Carlos Bosque

Carlos Bosque, PhD, serves as Legal Counsel at the European Investment Bank since January 2022, specializing in governance, regulatory, and institutional matters related to development financial instruments. Concurrently, Carlos holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where responsibilities include designing and delivering a Banking Supervision course. Previously, Carlos worked at the European Investment Fund as Legal Counsel for corporate and institutional affairs, and at Banco de España as a legal advisor focusing on supervision policies. Carlos has extensive experience in environmental law, demonstrated through roles at Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Barcelona and as a Senior Lawyer at Uría Menéndez. Carlos holds a PhD in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, along with diverse educational qualifications in urban planning and legal training.
