Maria Tipanova

Maria Tipanova is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Programme Manager at the European Investment Bank since August 2015, where responsibilities include leading strategic HR transformation initiatives in talent management, HR technology, and organizational culture change. Prior to this role, Maria worked as an HR Officer at the European Commission, focusing on HR process optimization and the implementation of a cloud-based HRIS, among other duties.
