Naomi Cosgrove

Naomi Cosgrove is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in wellbeing and inclusion, currently serving as HR Programme Manager at IRIS Software Group since February 2023. Previously held roles include Senior HR Programme Advisor at IRIS Software Group, Lead HR Partner at EPM Ltd, and Human Resources Manager at Sheffield Students' Union, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, recruitment, and HR best practices. Naomi also worked as HR Manager for City Taxis and Big Bang Promotions, gaining expertise in recruitment, policy development, and staff engagement strategies. In addition to a degree in Event Management from Leeds Beckett University, Naomi is pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Workplace Health and Wellbeing at Leeds Trinity University and has completed a Level 5 Award in Managing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
