Ola Kolodziej

Ola Kolodziej is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Expert with a diverse background in recruitment and human resources. Currently, Ola is employed at the European Investment Bank (EIB) as a Talent Acquisition Expert/Recruiter since January 2020. Prior experience includes serving as an EMEA AWS Recruiter at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from April 2019 to December 2019, as well as an EMEA Legal Recruiter at Amazon from November 2017 to April 2019. Ola also worked at UBS as a Project Officer in Consulting Communication & HR and later as a Senior Recruiter from December 2012 to November 2017. The career began in recruitment consulting roles at various agencies between May 2008 and December 2012. Ola holds a Master's Degree in Economy Management and Consulting and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, both from Jagiellonian University.
