Vyacheslav Ovechkin

Vyacheslav Ovechkin is an experienced professional in the fields of finance, investment, and public administration. Currently serving as a Loan Officer at the European Investment Bank since October 2024, Vyacheslav previously held the position of Director of the Investments, Innovations and IP Department at the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine. Other notable roles include Advisor to the Head of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Odesa Region, Head of Business Development at Risoil, and 1st Deputy Governor of the Odesa Region State Administration. Vyacheslav's background includes significant legal experience as a Senior Associate at CMS Cameron McKenna and roles in cargo transportation and investment project advisement. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law from Central European University and a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics, among other qualifications.
