Wilma Barbin

Wilma Barbin is currently a Coordinator in the People Office at the European Investment Fund (EIF) since February 2025. Prior to this role, Wilma served as a Personnel Correspondent and Budget Officer at the European Investment Bank from January 2014 to June 2016, and held various HR positions at the EIF from August 2002 to December 2013. Wilma holds an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change (EMCCC) from INSEAD, completed in 2019, and a Diploma in Training & Development from the University of Leicester, obtained in 2010.
